Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Baby leaf red romaine, also known as "Little Gem" or "Mini Romaine," is a glossy, crunchy, dark red, upright leave with narrow petioles. This lettuce is characterized by its small size and is known for its sweet, mild flavor and crunchy texture. It is often used in salads, sandwiches, wraps and as a garnish.

GROWING INFORMATION:

This type of lettuce is typically grown as a cool-season crop and is best planted in the early spring or late fall. It prefers well-draining soil with a pH between 6.0 and 7.0, and should be grown in full sun to partial shade. It requires consistent moisture and regular fertilization to ensure healthy growth. When growing hydroponically, it's important to maintain the temperature between 60-70°F and the pH levels between 6.0 to 6.5 for the plants to thrive. The nutrient solution should be changed regularly, and the roots should be kept oxygenated. To harvest, cut the outer leaves of the plant when they reach the desired size and leave the inner leaves to continue growing. Baby-leaf red romaine can be used in salads or as a garnish for sandwiches and other dishes.
